The sources for accessing candidate markets are now increasingly numerous, and candidates themselves are increasingly solicited. We use all available methods to cover the widest possible search perimeter and identify the right profiles:
– Aspen Pool: We maintain ongoing contacts with our best candidates, united within a community, which to date makes it our best connection to the market. We rely on these people and their quality networks to quickly identify the right resources within organizations.
– Direct approach (or “headhunting”): we implement a tailor-made approach methodology and mobilize our dedicated resources to deploy its implementation (market study, target identification, approach scenarios, account mapping, …).
– Recruitment through advertisements / CV databases: depending on the degree of confidentiality, we also rely on social networks, job boards, school relationships, … as well as on an adapted media presence, in order to multiply interactions with the targeted population.
Candidate evaluation
Each candidate met by an Aspen consultant is evaluated both on their skills and on their ability to make an impression and make a difference. This is also the moment when we will take a careful look at the compatibility of the values defended by the candidate and those of your company… a key element of successful integration.

This is the moment when the candidate will build their decision to join your company.
