As an International Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing a portfolio of international clients, including influential players in the finance and private equity industries. Your main goal is to increase and retain the revenue generated per client for future editions selling more services or another event.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer

DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE


  • Account development & Upselling – Farming focus:



    • Identify new business opportunities within the existing client base.
    • Develop and execute an efficient strategy to build a robust relationship, leveraging tools such as CRM platforms, market research, clients meetings and networking events.
    • Analyze client participation history and engagement levels to detect upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Propose customized solutions, including sponsorship packages, premium participation options and exclusive networking opportunities, to enhance client visibility and impact at our events.
    • Negotiate deals with a focus on achieving win-win agreements that deliver value to both clients and the company.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts with calls and face to face meetings, ensuring high client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with Business Development team for an effective handover: Client introduction and transition Support, kick-off meetings, feedback loop….



  • Event Coordination:



    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, content) to ensure seamless event execution.
    • Attend events onsite to manage client relations and maximize networking opportunities.



  • Market Analysis and Reporting:



    • Monitor emerging trends, new market developments, and competitive activities in the finance and private equity sectors to identify untapped opportunities.
    • Monitor and follow clients activities to offer accurate sponsorship opportunities (content especially)
    • Provide regular reports on sales performances and event outcomes.
