Identification and approach of candidates

• Direct approach (or “hunting”) : We are implementing a tailored approach to our methodology and using our dedicated resources for its deployment (market study, target identification, approach scenarios, account mapping, etc.).

• Recruitment through advertisement / cv-library : According to the level of confidentiality, we also rely on social networks, jobboards, school networks, as well as on an adapted presence in media, in order to increase the targeted population..

Assessment of candidates

An Aspen consultant interviews each candidate, for an assessment of his/her skills as well as his/her ability to make a strong impression and differentiate him/herself.

During this meeting, we will also closely scrutinize the compatibility between the values worn by the candidate and those of your company, which is key to a successful integration.

Introduction and enhancement of your recruitment project

At this point, the candidate will decide whether to join your company.
